Privacy Policy

This draft explains how RJV Labs may collect and use information submitted through the Woman’s Balance website. It should be reviewed with qualified U.S. privacy counsel before the automated wellness-report system is released to the public.

Information we collect

When you join the early access or priority list, we collect the contact information you provide, your consent choice, and limited referral or campaign information associated with your visit.

If you choose to complete a Women’s Health Questionnaire, we collect only the answers you voluntarily provide. These may include age, height, weight, menstrual-cycle information, headache symptoms, pelvic and urinary symptoms, gynecological history, medications, lifestyle information, and other health-related information. Every questionnaire answer is optional. The questionnaire does not require a purchase and is not used to diagnose a condition.

How we use it

We use questionnaire answers to prepare a private automated educational wellness report, apply predefined symptom-safety rules, and allow the authorized site owner to review a submission. The report is not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical care.

We use priority-list information to provide communications a visitor separately requests. Contact information submitted for marketing is stored separately from the private questionnaire answers. We do not use health-questionnaire responses for automated advertising targeting and do not place advertising pixels on questionnaire, report, or private answer pages.

How health information is protected

Each questionnaire session and private report uses a difficult-to-guess link. Submitted answers and reports are restricted, protected in transit, and stored in encrypted form. A submitted questionnaire is not displayed again through its original participant link. No Internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and any limited period during which data may remain in protected backups.

Your choices

You may skip any questionnaire question, submit only part of the questionnaire, or decline to submit it. You may view the report without joining a marketing list. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Questionnaire consent is separate from marketing consent.
